Andy Wright is the owner and an active recruiter at Grapevine – Targeted Sales Recruiting. Andy began his recruiting career in 2003, and has a proven track record of helping companies both large and small increase sales team retention and productivity through recruiting top talent. Prior to launching Grapevine in December of 2011, Andy held key leadership positions for two Twin Cities-based search firms, training and managing teams of recruiters while developing new business and managing national account relationships.
Andy strives to serve clients and candidates with honesty, integrity and professionalism. His personal style combines aggressive recruiting methods with consultative, positive and highly engaging client and candidate communication. Andy has consistently set himself apart in an extremely competitive industry through delivering on what he promises: high quality candidates, unmatched service levels and an unwavering focus on bottom line results.
Andy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications from St. Cloud State University. He resides in Chaska, Minn. with his wife and three daughters. Aside from fishing, golfing and doing anything to be outdoors, Andy enjoys participation in several local philanthropic organizations including the Carver County Community Action Partnership and Meals on Wheels.
Courtney Keene joined the Grapevine team in October, 2012. She recruits sales and management talent on a nationwide basis and works with clients in a variety of industries. Courtney is a transplant from Atlanta, GA to Excelsior, MN. She moved from Alabama to Atlanta upon graduation from college and started her outside sales career. Four years of B2B sales experience and two years of Insurance sales background gave Courtney an ideal foundation to transition into sales recruiting.
Two words that best describe Courtney’s professional recruiting style would be; straightforward and honest. She enjoys the challenge of finding top notch, passive candidates through cold calling and warm referrals. This approach is most effective in finding highly qualified, long-term hires. She combines her knowledge and experience in sales with a strong passion and sense of urgency for her clients. Her desire to match the right person to the culture, core values, and beliefs of her clients has enabled her to maintain an extremely high level of client satisfaction. Her ability to effectively listen helps her in exceeding her clients and candidates expectations.
Courtney graduated in 2008 from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and a Minor in Human Development & Family Studies. Originally from the Gulf Coast of Mobile, AL, the snowy North has been quite the adjustment. In her spare time Courtney enjoys college football, traveling, as well as the south Alabama and south Florida beaches. War Eagle!
Ryan Moen joined the Grapevine team in March 2015. He recruits sales and management talent on a nationwide basis and works with clients in a variety of industries. Ryan started his young career at the age of 13 working on the family farm. He has also worked for a professional baseball team and most recently worked in sales for a television station in Grand Forks, ND. All of this experience has given Ryan the skills to become a top notch sales recruiter.
Ryan asks the right questions and puts himself in his candidates shoes, which helps him relate with them on a personal level. By doing so, he can find the right person for his clients, which is his main motivation. His caring and honest approach is what separates him from the rest of the industry.
Ryan, graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2008 (“GO SIOUX!!!”), earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Marketing. He currently resides in Bloomington, MN with his wife. Raised on a Farm in northern Minnesota, he loves any type of outdoor activities ranging from fishing (ice), hunting, baseball, and college hockey.
Adam Vortherms joined the Grapevine team in April 2015. He utilizes his abilities in sales to attract new applicants for his clients on a local and national level. He previously worked in sales for a wholesale company selling seasonal, novelty items to several mass retailers throughout the U.S where he gained extensive knowledge of the sales process from design through delivery. He attended the Dale Carnegie Sales Training to strengthen his interpersonal relationships, improve his problem solving skills, enhance his communication abilities, all of which allowed him to become a focused leader. His leadership abilities allow him to create new relationships as well as maintain existing clients within his portfolio(s).
Client satisfaction is his ultimate goal. He will go beyond expectations to meet the client’s requirements by understanding and studying their organizational needs before beginning his search. The challenge of locating the elite candidates through research and referrals helps him find the long tenure candidate that his clients desire. He takes a genuine interest with all of his clients and candidates to ensure client satisfaction. Honesty and determination are two words that describe the style of professional recruiting he will provide to each of his clients.
Adam graduated in 2010 from Minnesota State, Mankato with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources with Minors in Business Law and Business Administration. Born and raised in Eden Prairie, MN he loves spending time with his family and friends, which includes outdoors activities such as playing golf, softball, fishing (year round), and spending the summer weekends at his family cabin.
Cole DeCathelineau joined the Grapevine team in November 2015. He recruits top notch sales and management professionals on a nationwide basis, and truly enjoys the challenge of finding the best talent for his clients. The majority of Cole’s professional experience has been in sales, where he spent 4 years selling ticket packages for the Minnesota Vikings. Right before Cole joined Grapevine, he was able to sign the last beam in US Bank Stadium, the new home for the Minnesota Vikings.
Cole prides himself on being an excellent listener to his clients and the candidates. He leaves no rock unturned to find the best talent in his searches. Cole’s in-depth discussions, and tough questions with candidates, lead him to the right candidates for his clients.
Cole graduated from Minnesota State, Mankato with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, and a minor in Marketing. Cole enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time at his family cabin in western Minnesota. He resides in Eden Prairie, MN with his fiancé Rebecca, and their dog and cat.
Briony Wright is the Operations Manager at Grapevine – Targeted Sales Recruiting. Briony’s role at Grapevine has evolved as the business has continued to grow. She assisted Andy in launching Grapevine in January of 2012, by handling accounting tasks and a variety of other administrative duties. This allowed Andy to keep his focus on our clients and delivering excellent results as well as customer service and satisfaction.
Prior to her work at Grapevine, Briony was a full time Mom to their three daughters. She enjoys the beautiful Minnesota summers, travel, photography, and spending time with family and friends.
